At Indómita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
